Ashley Facio founded League 3 Logic to accelerate growth within organizations, teams, and individuals by combining her knowledge as a former collegiate athlete with her experience as a business solutions professional.

She recognized similarities between the competitiveness of business markets and sports leagues - performance is influenced by 3 main components: Players, Teams & Organizations - and used these findings to create logic to accelerate performance and growth.

Facio serves on the board for the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society (OCHRS) as the Vice President of Membership and co-founded the Emerging Professionals group, which provides individuals with skills to develop their careers.
